Making a deposit has become more convenient for Zions Bank Treasury Management clients with the introduction of the Zions Bank REMOTE DEPOSIT CAPTURE mobile application. This app enables remote deposit capture (RDC) clients to securely deposit checks made out to their company directly into company accounts using a mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet.

The use of this application is limited to business and treasury clients who have received approval from Zions Bank, and eligible accounts must be registered in the Zions Bank RDC system. Additionally, end users must be authorized by the business or treasury client in order to utilize the mobile application for submitting deposits on the client's behalf.

The REMOTE DEPOSIT CAPTURE mobile application offers:

• Support for iPhone iOS 9.3.5 and higher
• A straightforward capture workflow
• Built-in tutorial and practice mode
• Ability to support multiple depository accounts
• Option for single and multiple check deposits
• Configurable data entry fields (optional feature)
• Documentation image capture (optional feature)
• Access to view deposit history and status
• No deposit data stored locally on the mobile device
• Database encryption for security

Zions Bank Treasury Management clients are required to enter into a Treasury Master Services Agreement and need to request that the mobile application be accessible to the end users they authorize for this service. Necessary end user information must then be provided to Zions Bank Treasury Management representatives for user registration in the remote deposit capture system. Upon completion of the registration process, users will be notified to download the application and finalize the enrollment procedure.

To complete enrollment and utilize this application, an end user should possess a compatible mobile device and a U.S. phone number, have access to a mobile internet service provider, and agree to the User Agreement terms and conditions. Users may incur standard message and data rates, so it is advisable for clients and users to verify potential charges with their service providers as Zions Bank is not liable for these costs.
